Digital Product Refunds
Because LearnZA products are digital PDFs, refunds are assessed carefully after access or download. Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, incorrect charges or technical access issues that cannot be resolved.
Before Requesting A Refund
Contact support with the product name, purchase email, payment date and description of the issue.
Quality Concerns
If a product has an educational error or serious quality issue, LearnZA may correct the product and provide an updated file.
