LearnZA Publishing is a South African educational platform that produces and sells digital and printed study materials — from Grade 12 CAPS study guides to engineering, business, and entrepreneurship books.
Our goal is to make high-quality learning resources affordable and accessible to everyone.
2️⃣ Who writes LearnZA books?
Our books are written by South African educators, engineers, and subject specialists who understand local syllabi and industry standards.
Every title is fact-checked, edited, and published under LearnZA Publishing for accuracy and relevance.
3️⃣ Is LearnZA a South African company?
Yes. We are proudly based in Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha, South Africa, serving both local and international learners through our online store.
📘 Orders & Products
4️⃣ How do I place an order?
Simply browse www.learnza.co.za, add your preferred books or digital downloads to your cart, and complete checkout using PayFast, PayPal, or Yoco.
You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after payment.
5️⃣ Do I need to create an account to buy?
No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to view order history, re-download e-books, and track shipments easily.
6️⃣ What types of books do you offer?
We offer:
- Grade 12 Maths & Science study guides (CAPS-aligned)
- Engineering & technical manuals
- Entrepreneurship and self-development titles
- Digital skills & technology guides
Both digital (PDF) and printed versions are available for most titles.
7️⃣ Are your e-books secure?
Yes. All LearnZA e-books are digitally watermarked and licensed for personal use.
Sharing or reselling them is not permitted.

8️⃣ Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently support:
- PayFast (Debit/Credit Card, Instant EFT, SnapScan)
- PayPal (for international buyers)
- Yoco (secure card payments)
All transactions are encrypted and handled by trusted South African gateways.
9️⃣ Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. LearnZA does not store credit-card or banking details.
All transactions occur securely through our payment partners.
🔟 My payment went through but I didn’t get my book — what now?
Don’t worry! Sometimes payment confirmation takes a few minutes.
If you still haven’t received your download link or confirmation after 15 minutes, please email books@learnza.co.za with your order number — we’ll assist immediately.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
11️⃣ How long does delivery take?
- Digital books: Instant download after payment.
- Printed books: 3 – 7 working days within South Africa (depending on courier and location).
International delivery times vary — contact us for a quote.
12️⃣ How can I track my order?
Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and billing email.
You’ll see the current status and any courier tracking links.
13️⃣ Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Yes. We deliver selected printed titles internationally.
Please email books@learnza.co.za before purchasing to confirm shipping costs.
💻 Digital Downloads
14️⃣ How do I download my e-book?
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your download link.
You can also log into your account → Downloads to access your files anytime.
15️⃣ What if I lose my download link?
No problem.
Email us with your order number and we’ll resend the secure link.
16️⃣ Can I print my e-book?
Yes — personal printing is allowed for your own study use.
You may not distribute or sell printed copies.
🔁 Refunds & Returns
17️⃣ Can I get a refund?
- Digital products: Non-refundable once downloaded.
- Printed books: Refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
Please report issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
18️⃣ How do I request a refund or replacement?
Email books@learnza.co.za with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will assist quickly.
🔒 Privacy & Security
19️⃣ How do you protect my personal information?
We comply with South Africa’s POPIA law and store customer data securely.
We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Only if you subscribe voluntarily.

Yes! We offer institutional and bulk purchase discounts for schools, colleges, and libraries.

Yes — all school-level books are CAPS-aligned and written according to the Department of Basic Education’s latest requirements.
