- Downloads are delivered instantly after successful payment.
- Because digital items cannot be “returned,” all sales are final, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charge.

5️⃣ Payment & Pricing
Payments on LearnZA.co.za are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as PayFast, PayPal, or Yoco).
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

For physical book orders, estimated delivery times and courier options are shown during checkout.
Delays caused by couriers or external events are outside our control, but we always work to resolve them quickly.
Digital downloads are available immediately once payment is confirmed.
7️⃣ Refunds & Returns
- Digital products: Non-refundable after download.
- Printed books: Refunds or exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
All approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for purchase.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details private.
