At LearnZA Publishing, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital books and resources. Because our products are digital downloads, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased and accessed. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Digital Products
- All products sold on www.learnza.co.za are delivered electronically.
- Once a digital product (eBook, PDF, or study guide) has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- You purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded the file.
- The file is corrupted or defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
If you meet any of these conditions, please contact us at books@learnza.co.za within 7 days of purchase.
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at books@learnza.co.za with your order details. We will verify the duplication and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
4. Support for Download Issues
If you experience trouble downloading your purchase, please reach out to our support team at books@learnza.co.za. We will assist you to ensure you receive the product you paid for.
